This is where you roll up your sleeves

• Control and continuous process optimization of the entire production for the output of the planned quantities in the appropriate quality
• Development and analysis of production-relevant KPIs in close cooperation with the plant management
• Ensuring and optimizing the technical availability of the production facilities
• Targeted management, motivation and continuous development of around 80 employees in the productive area
• Ensuring the specified quality standards, the hygiene concepts (IFS) and occupational safety
• Compliance with the responsible budget while constantly considering possible cost reductions

This way you collect bonus points

• Completed vocational training with further training in a technical or food-related job, ideally master craftsman or e.g. Bachelor of Engineering
• You have several years of experience in a comparable function, ideally in food production
• You have a comprehensive understanding of production processes and relevant KPIs as well as know-how in occupational safety and quality systems
• As an experienced manager, your leadership skills are characterized by good communication skills, team orientation and assertiveness
• With a strong hands-on mentality, you want to get involved and advance production together with your team
