What a pity that you are not 100% happy with your order and that you would like to return products! The simplest way for you to initiate your return is for you to follow these steps:

You can declare rescission within 14 days. If you would like to find out more about your rescission right, you can read all about this in our GTC .
Please pack your products in the original box before sending them back.
In order for us to be able to identify and process your return, please download this document fill it out by hand, and include it in your parcel.
- For the document, you will need your order number, which you received by email in your order confirmation. This begins with VAO.
- If you cannot see your order number, you can also get in touch with us directly via our contact form. Unfortunately we cannot identify your parcel without this number.
