How long do hitschies products last?
We can't say that across the board. We have so many different products that have different best before dates. You can always find these on the respective product packaging.
How and where can you best store Hitschies products?
In their stomachs, that's where they feel most comfortable. Until then, it is best to store our products in a cool and dry place. In addition, you should not leave the packaging open so that the colorful delicacies remain as tasty as they were on the first day.
Where can you buy hitschies products?
Luckily in quite a few different places and places. You can find our complete range right here in our online shop. Just take a look HERE . Outside the online world, you can find our products in many supermarkets such as REWE or EDEKA or in discounters such as Netto or Penny and in drugstores such as Rossmann or Müller. Of course, there are also our two factory outlets in Hürth and Michelstadt. If you can't find your favorite hitschies item in your supermarket, help us change this! Simply find the store manager in the store and tell him that you would like to buy the product in his store.
What is the Friends Club and
what advantages do I have?
The Friends Club is a hitschies customer program that you can register for in the online shop. Members of the Friends Club collect points on their purchases in the online shop, which can be converted into shopping credit for purchases over €50. Members also receive points for registering, for birthdays and for recruiting new customers. In the future there will also be exclusive promotions for Friends Club members.
How do I become a member of the Friends Club?
You can register for the Friends Club in our online shop under a pink “Friends Club” button, which is displayed at the bottom left of the desktop or mobile screen. To register, you must provide the following information under the “Join now” tab: first name, last name and email address. You must also agree to our General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Right of Withdrawal.
How can I get Candy Points in
Convert shopping credit?
After you register, you can see your current points balance under the pink “Friends Club” button in the online shop. From 500 points, you can select the amount of points you want to convert into shopping credit under the “Ads” tab and redeem them under the “Redeem” tab. You will then receive your discount code, which will also be sent to you by email and you can redeem it in your shopping cart. By clicking on “Apply code” the discount code will automatically be added to your shopping cart. Alternatively, the code can be copied and inserted manually into the shopping cart. The code is valid for 6 months after redemption and cannot be combined with other codes in the shopping cart.
Can I change anything about my order after I have placed it?
Forgotten your favorite product or entered the wrong address? That's a real shame, but unfortunately for technical reasons we can no longer make any changes to your order after your order confirmation, neither to the number of products nor to your delivery address. If your package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be sent back to us.
Please also note that once you receive your order confirmation by email, your order can no longer be canceled.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what can I do?
When we have received your order, you should have received a confirmation email from us. Didn't receive an email? First, check your spam folder. If you can't find what you're looking for there, feel free to send us an email to onlineshop@hitschler.de .
Where is my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking link, which you can use to view the status of your order at any time.
Are there also vouchers?
Yes, you also have the opportunity to order and give away vouchers for our megaaa online shop. You can find our vouchers HERE . When you order a voucher, you will receive an email with a voucher code, the value of which you can redeem when shopping for our delicious delicacies, fashion, pet care or other mega items.
