Mallow Cookies

Mallow Cookies
Difficulty: easy
Working time: 20 Minutes
Baking time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 180 g butter
  • 100 g low fat curd
  • 1 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 70 g cocoa
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • ca. 15 hitschies Mallow Cubes

Preparation

First, divide the individual hitschies Mallow Cubes into 4 small mini Mallows each.

Then mix the butter with the low-fat quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a hand mixer until well blended. Add the eggs and continue mixing. Then slowly add the flour (and cinnamon) and mix well. Depending on the power of your hand mixer, it may be a good idea to knead the dough by hand at this point. Then add the cocoa and distribute it well so that no light spots remain in the dough.

Separate walnut-sized balls of dough from the dough and shape them into a ball with your hands. Place this ball on a baking sheet with baking paper and flatten. Then spread about 2 – 3 mini marshmallows on the dough balls and press down lightly.

The cookies can then be placed in the oven for about 20 minutes at 170 degrees convection. The Mallows should take on a golden brown color, then the cookies are ready to eat.

We wish you a lot of fun while making and snacking!
