Mermaid Broken Chocolate

250 g (8.8 oz) (white, milk or dark chocolate) Toppings of your choice (Hitschies, nuts, sugar pearls)
Approx. 15 minutes
Melt the couverture chocolate over a warm pan of water. Then spread the liquid couverture chocolate on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then pour the toppings onto the chocolate and place in the fridge for a few hours.
