Sour apple cocktail (non-alcoholic)

  • 200 g Hitschies Sour Apple
  • 1 liter clear apple juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes


Step 1: Preparation of the sour apple juice

Grind the Hitschies sour apple in a blender until they become a powder. Put the powder in a pot with 350 ml of apple juice and mix well. Heat this mixture gently at low temperature (for about 10 minutes), stirring constantly. Important: it should not boil.

When the hitschie powder has dissolved, remove from heat and either bottle while hot or let cool directly.

Step 2: Preparation of the cocktail

To make a refreshing, non-alcoholic cocktail, simply fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour in the sour apple juice and top up the rest with sparkling water. The amount of water determines the sweetness of the cocktail.
